A day in the city.

Here's a random midnight post.

Be honest with me.
Did you think that that tall girl in the photo was me????
Of course you didn't.
Because in what world does a 5 foot Asian girl ever look like she's 6 feet tall?
Never. *sigh*

I didn't mean to get her in the shot but she was walking just so fast and swooped in!
It's those dang legs I tell ya.
They make you move quicker.

When me and Jerry walk side by side together, I always notice our feet.
Know why?
Because mine are always moving two times faster than his just to keep up.
Because my little legs are much shorter than his.
*sigh*

But on a positive note, maybe this means I burn more calories.

The Pumpkin Patch.

First of all, look at all those pumpkins! We went with some friends from the ward and this was my very first pumpkin patch experience ever. I was pretty dang excited about it. I mean, the only other time I've seen so many pumpkins is when they're lined up outside of a grocery store or something. Not that exciting. 

We also lucked out because it didn't rain that day. Dry pumpkin patchers, are happy pumpkin patchers. It's true! The weather here has been getting a bit colder though. And it's starting to rain a lot again. But honestly, I'm not all that bothered by it. It makes everything green and that's okay with me.

Oh ya! And also, we did the corn maze thing.

It was muddy.
Real muddy.

Wedding tidbits.

Last weekend Jerry and I headed out to Montana for his cousin Kim's wedding. It was the cuuuutest outdoor wedding in a barn setting and I'm so glad that we were able to make it. Definitely didn't get very many photos but there's a good reason for it. I promise! But that story is for another day. Anyways, Montana has a lot more to offer than you would think guys. Like good shakes and stuff- - ha ha. And a lot more I'm sure. We just didn't get to do much exploring. Quick trip. You know how it is. The worst part of the trip was probably the little airplane that we had to fly in on. That thing shakes! A lot. I think I almost had to use the barf bag for the first time. Ew. :/
But again, the wedding was absolutely beautiful! And it made it all worth it to be there :)

oh ya and before all of this, we ate some amazing korean food for lunch

and then after all of that, we also did a little campus tour and checked out the hogwarts room

I guess you could say it was quite the amazing weekend. My brother was also able to join our adventuring, and happened to become our tour guide around the UW campus. That place is gorgeous I tell you. Old brick buildings, tall trees, and those cherry blossoms! Seriously. Need I say more? Ever since we moved here, I've been bugging Jerry to take me to see the cherry blossoms as soon they bloomed. And since they only last for a couple of weeks, I was beyond excited when we saw them at their prime. It took us a while to get around the campus because I kept stopping to take pictures. Hah. Life of a blogger right? Anyway, I hope you enjoyed your weekend too! Monday's are always tough.

This past weekend.

1. Took husband out to Sam Hawk and left with happy tummys.
2. Did some costume scrap hunting.
3. Went to a Halloween party hosted by sweet Lilia & Boris.
4. Saw one of the last bits of fall [here comes winter!]
5. Went to church and heard funny things from the nursery kids.
