Things I've learned since being married . Part II .

So being married has been quite the interesting experience. First of all, I never imagined that I'd be married this early. Never. In fact it still amazes me when I look back on it. I'll admit, I used to be one of those people. You know, the ones who look at young married couples and think, "ugh.. look at those crazies." And now look. I'm one of them. Haahaa the irony. I love it. But I mean hey, give me a break guys. When you find mr. right, what else can you do? Wait around until some other girl snatches him up? Nope. Not happenin'.
Oooh marriage... look what you've done to me.

If you're interested you can read Part 1 here.
Happy weekend all. <3

You are right, if you find Mr. Right - it's game over? HAHA.
I guess my views on getting married early will change when I find mine.

  16. I love how you embraced being with each other and how you both committed to each other, at a young age. If you feel its right, then go with your heart and head. It sounds like you didn't just jump into marriage, but if you did, I think you knew that if you got hitched then it would be forever and not 'just for the foreseeable future'.
I recently got married 6 months ago. Please do come by and read my wedding post and most recently, our 10 year anniversary post. I met kevin at 18 :))

  17. What is your definition of young? Because you look "young" but you have secret Asian genes that will keep you looking 17 when you're actually a grandma!

  18. I'm now about to attend my youngest sister's wedding at 21. At first, I was really worried for her, but when I saw the two lovebirds in love and committed to each other and are extremely certain that marriage is their destined route, then I'm happy for them.

  20. Hi girl, I think most asian women get married early, but indeed... when you found that man, and you need him just like how bad he needs you, why wait? ^_^ I got married early as well and now on the way to our 5th year, we're still going strong. :D Many things you can learn in marriage though, it's somehow not only about relationship and hubby-wife things, but if you see it from all different perspectives, you would enjoy it. ^_^ xx, girl!
