When you do whatchu gotta do.




The other day I got dressed and thought, hey lookin pretty cute today. Hah. So I grabbed my camera and tried to take some selfie-type outfit photos. But it was a pretty gloomy day so I wasn't getting much natural light in the bedroom. So, I moved into the living room and guess what? Still not much light. I was about to give up when I thought of this brilliant idea to take my mirror out onto the balcony, and take photos out there. It seems kinda ridiculous, I'll admit. But getting a natural lit photo is kinda important to me. So that's what I did. I'm sure I looked crazy to the people walking/driving by. And at those times I think... I really wish I had an iphone right now. Or at least something that would take nice photos without having to lug around a huge camera. 

ummmm...... #FirstWorldProbs. Am I right? 

Seriously though. It makes taking selfies a heck of a lot easier and sneakier. Because les'be'honest people. Who looks crazier? The girl taking a selfie with her cute little iphone? Or the girl taking a selfie with her huge dslr? 

Yep.

    Lovely outfit! And haha I can relate! Sometimes I end up in the most random corner or side of the room to get nice lighting. Whatever it takes to get a good selfie xD

    haha I have definitely done this too! Sometimes good lighting is worth looking a little silly, good thing mirrors are portable :)

    haha so funny.. it's true.. selfies make much more sense with an iphone.. but i love these pictures, reguardless! your shoes are super cute!
