When Jerry Naps.

Jerry's usually pretty good about waking up in the mornings. He calls himself a "morning person." I'm not. I'm most definitely not. And I'm not even gonna try to hide it. Jerry on the other hand though, I'll admit, his early morning skills are quite impressive. Except.... for when it comes to waking up from his mid-day naps. That's another story.


jerry: hey can you wake me up in an hour?
me: okay.


* one hour later *


me: time to wake up.
jerry: murgh...
me: okay.


 * 45 minutes later, i try to quietly crawl into bed..


jerry: WHOA!!!??!!
me: huh?? 

*jerry  peeks over at me with one squinty eye.
                                             
me: what?
*jerry still peeking

me: what?
jerry: ......
me: hello?....
jerry: ......zZzZzzzz


he's funny.


Oh and these pictures.. do I look like a giant or what? Maybe it's because of my heels. Looks like I'm about ready to stab someone with those things. Also, if you woulda asked me to wear a peplum top a month ago, I woulda just laughed at you and said noooo way. But after seeing this top. Oh, you can just call me a believer. Looks like I've got some sorta shape to this body of mine. Now that's rare.

    funny, you're probably up to my height with those heels on. love them and the top too! i used to scoff at those tops too, but now i have 3 in my closet... finding the right one makes all the difference. :)

    I'm the exact same way, it takes my boyfriend almost an hour to wake me up from my naps. I am also most definitely NOT a morning person, what can I say? I love to sleep!

    And I love this look, the peplum top is adorable and I love how you styled it with the hat and those shoes!

    it's way flattering on you, i love it! i've never tried peplum, maybe i should!! and oh man jerry's naps sound like justin's naps haha i try to wake him up and he is just so grumpy and goes back to sleep haha

    When I wake my husband up from a nap he always shoots his head up and goes "I'm up, I'm up!" Of course he falls right back asleep. Men..

    oh my husband is a huge morning person too. like the annoying type that wakes up happy. give me a cup of coffee and at least an hour and i'll slowly get there.
    love that top, i too am skiddish about peplum but i love the look on you!
