Married Life Funnies: Spoons + Giveaway Winnah

 vest: f21   l   top: pacsun

Hey so I want to tell you a story. About me and some spoons. So the other day, I tried to have some cereal for my afternoon snack. I poured myself a bowl of milk and cereal, opened the drawer to get a spoon, only to find that all of our spoons were in the sink. Dirtified.  I hate that.

Because now my cereal is just sitting in a bowl of milk, getting soggy. And I don't like soggy cereal. See, no matter how many times we do the dishes, we go through a lot of spoons in this house. Probably because I eat cereal for my daily snack & also for breakfast. So I guess that's my fault. But that's beside the point. The point is that I was kinda bummed. Because I don't like soggy cereal. It's pretty much the worst thing ever. Well, besides roaches. Cuz' those things are nasty.

So that's my thought of the day. I hope it wasn't too profound for ya.
hah hah hah.

  5. I actually bet I can one-up that. A couple months ago, I went to pour some milk into my oats and noticed that it was moving. MOVING! (I mean even after I stopped pouring the milk!) Upon closer inspection it turns out there were little tiny crawly things in it, and upon some googling I discovered that they are called "weevils" and are often found in Quaker oats. So no more Quaker brand for me!

  6. Hahah, that reminds me of my college days when I used to live with 3 other girls and our sink would pile up... no matter how hard I tried to deny the mess was mine, in the end I was usually the one doing the dishes because I got fed up with not having plates and utensils when I needed it!

  23. I have the same issue! When ever I need a spoon or fork, they always seem to all be dirty in the sink! But I guess it can be a good thing since it then forces me to do the dished :P
