So husband and I did a little experiment last night. Lately we've been feeling tired... very tired. And we don't know why. We've been getting our usual 7 hours of sleep [sleep by 11, wake up by 6] which is a pretty normal sleep pattern for us. So last night, we decided to go to bed just a little bit earlier. I'm talking 9:30 early. 9:30 guys! Who does that anymore? But this morning when the alarm went off, we were still our usual tired and groggy selves. Poo... so unless any of you have some suggestions for us, my conclusion is simply this: we're old.
